Chloe-Huggins.us is part of the same wave of dating spam that I have been receiving for over a month now. First off “Chloe Huggins” is not a real girl. “Chloe” is a made up person that has been created by spammers strictly to trick guys into thinking they are corresponding with a real girl, when in fact it’s a total sham. As always this whole thing is one big con to get you to pull out your credit card, so they can rip you off.
