Against my better judgment, I replied to an ad from an allegedly 62 year old woman on Craigslist Albuquerque, Women 4 Men. I provided a cell phone number which I had especially created for the woman’s reply. Lo, and behold, the very next day (July 20, 2015) at exactly 12:00 p.m., I got a phone call from “Amy” at area code (575) New Mexico. She claimed she was returning a ‘lead’ and that someone at the number I had just created had called about continuing education. I said “No”. She then asked if ANYONE in the household was interested in continuing education- I laughed and hung up. I believe the caller is a web master TROLL that regularly places ads to ‘punk’ men. She uses addresses that she obtains from real scammers so that her ‘marks’ will figure it was a scammer all along. Either way, Craigslist Albuquerque is a FREAKING JOKE. The number of ads in the past 24 hours have multiplied by over 1,000% and there are barely 521,000 people in ALL of Bernalillo County, which includes Albuquerque. There is NO WAY that many people all decided to place ads in Craigslist within 24 hours. It’s the web master TROLL’s way of letting me know I’d been punked. It’s a woman. She’s been doing this for 10 1/2 years. She is 48 going on 14, and believe it or not, she has a MASTER’S DEGREE in psychology. smh
