Bit.uz is a url shortening service that some spammers use in order to hide their links, so they can email them to people without the emails getting flagged as spam. Now, this particular spammer has used Bit.uz to send people to a site called GlobaleDating.org. If you received these emails they are pretty easy to detect they are spam (see example email below).
