Dating Scam Emails Directing Me To HookUpReal.com & IHookUp.com

It seems like many of the emails I receive send me to a site called HookUpReal.com that automatically redirects to iHookUp.com.

“alright i like it, find some photos of mine on:

HOOKUPREAL . COM

send me your screenname on there and i will friend you so that you can look at them. ”

#3 Email

From: [email protected]
Subject: lookin for some good cock – w4m (Miami / dade county)
To: [email protected]

“alright sounds good, find some photos of mine on:

HOOKUPREAL . COM

give me your screenname on there and then i will put you as a friend so you can look at them. ”

“alright right on, you can find pics of me on:

HOOKUPREAL . COM

tell me your profile there and then i will friend you so that you will be able to see them. ”
All the scams follow the same pattern, they email you. then they get you excited and tell you to email them back and then the second email they send usually has the link to send you to a website to scam you.

All the scams follow the same general pattern, directing you to HookUpReal.com.

Same Scam Different Emails

All the scams follow the same general pattern, directing you to HookUpReal.com. I listed only 8 of the emails I received but there are many emails being sent out from AOL email addresses to send horny guys to Hook Up Real, so watch out!

    I replied to a CL post that was actually written by someone with a pretty good command of the english language. It was a pretty good post – thought there was a chance on it being spam, so I replied “OK, if you are for real, then when you write back DO NOT ask me to go to another site” – the reply started “OK sounds good. Go to Hookupreal.com and check out my profile there.” – nothing pertaining to my original reply was in the email I got – obvious that it was a bot somewhere sending the same email to anyone who replied to the original CL post. Just to check, I used a different email address – gmail – so it did not have my local IP no. on it, and got the exact same response. Suspicious, huh?
