The “free craigslist verification” rip-off scam has been correctly identified here and the admin is right about the bank credit card companies being able and willing to reverse whatever charges appear on your card. My bank credit card company already knew about this rip-off scam before I contacted them. Not only that but the “verification” scammers also know the banks will refund the charges so instead of trying to fight with my bank, they refunded the charges immediately and I was able to listen to the dialogue between them in a 3-way phone conversation. Good job, admin!
