Before finding this posting I had done a bit of snooping on my own. Each day I changed my craigslist caption, and on occasion, reworded my ad a bit. Each day I got a reply back, sometimes with Mallory or some other name. The ending results was the same, a picture of the same female.
The piece of the puzzle that got me was this one, I posted that I was looking for a black woman, and one responded. About 20 conversations took place with a picture of a black female. The clincher was this, she stated she worked as a waitress, and maybe we could meet up after work. So I let the email ride on. Then another email came in with another name on it, and a picture of our Mallory. She stated in the conversation she was sorry she could not call or email me but she worked overtime.
I then proceeded to look into the companies that she might be linked to, and found 7 business identities. The result of my findings is this, I believe Mallory is a computers name, not an actual person. I believe she is what is referred to as a comuterbot. In one of my responses with her she stated she gets points, every time someone logs in through her links.
Now I went one step further in my endevors. I wanted to see what would happen if I did go into one of her links. I went in, put my alias name and info and pushed send to go to the credit card info. Put in the so called $1 charge on my CC and push send. The profile of Mallory disappeared! I had some other co-workers whom were very efficient on the computer look her up on the registry, and she was no where to be found. Emailed her back, and she posted alike I had stated money might be an issue, and put another link out there. This happened seven times with the links seen above.
While all that was going on, another computer guru was researching actual ways to find a sex offender. The only way is through a national registry, and several look options can be used.
To conclude this post, I commend the person whom put this webpage together. The information documented is accurate information that my team & I found. May it be further noted that legal action is being taken place on the seven websites & companies involved On my companies behalf.
It is really sad to think that people abuse & manipulate & prey on others with nothing to gain from it all. Innocent people whom want to meet others, but cannot due to the abuse of others.
