I had a gut feeling it was fake this is the email i was sent ……..And similar pictures above were sent….on the bottom of the pictures is a tag that says shot with cannon D80
    Hey John,

HI!! I’m a little shy about doing this but I open right UP if you get to know me 😉 would you mind telling me if you are local and real first?

As for me, YES! I am local and real… I live alone, no kids, two dogs, 3 BD house and can host.

Let’s see if we are a compatible match first, tell me what your favorite sexual fantasy would be? Someone watching me get fucked is one of mine 🙂

    Best Regards,

  3. Wow this person took the scam to another level with me. Told me that she tried the cl thing before the guy was crazy and oneday broke in through her window and raped her. The cops never found him and that’s why I need to sign up for this site.lol

  4. I wasn’t taken for anything but was on CL just Today Mon Nov12th that exact scam is there. I googled the name and there it was. Question is if everyone knows why/how is the scam back on CL. The dates from past email I read about others being taken was 10/30/12. 12 days ago!. Is no one responsible at CL?

  5. Man, I almost just was scammed by “her” today. Luckily red flags started going up as soon as she tried to make me enter CC info for a “free” service. This stuff always still makes me so uneasy. Those emails were word for word. Thank you for having this up. Hope to god she didnt get any info from me.

  6. Anyone that requests a credit card for age verification is a scammer. You don’t have to be legal age to have a credit card and there’s no way to determine age from a credit card. Not to mention prepaid credit cards with no name at all could never verify anything. I’m thinking craigslist just needs to shut down that section of their site and be done with it.

  7. After I called her out that she is a scam by posting one of the many links about Cristan Carter, here is her reply…

It’s a sin to stick it in and a shame to take it out… 🙂

I really do want to follow through with this but there is no way I
can have a healthy conscious about meeting a stranger online without
    him doing this first.

Here is the honest to god truth, I tried this whole CL thing once
before because my girlfriend said she had the best experience but
the guy I met was a weirdo and I felt way to uncomfortable to proceed, after I rejected him he left in anger. Hours later he climbed
through my window, he attempted to hold me down but I managed to
escape and lock myself in my bathroom. I called 911 but by the time
they arrived he was long gone.

He was never located because the phone number he used was fake and he
used his computer at a local coffee shop.

Well James, I hope that’s a good enough reason for you to
understand why this is so important before I invite you over. I’m
waiting to talk to you at http://craigs-safe.org/members/christina

This part of the site is completely free, don’t worry about having to pay,
this is just for my safety baby! Now hurry up so we can get it on!

  8. Hehe, this Christina chick goes by ‘Ann’ now, but the emails are almost identical, and the pics are the same! How funny! Yes, this whole credit card age verification thing is a total scam, but it is all over CL. Everytime you reply to a post you end up with some version of it.
It is great that you posted this on the site as a warning, thanks! I did not use my credit card (of course I was tempted!), because I had a delivery company once make an illegal charge on my credit card, and it was a HUGE hassle to finally get this resolved. If some internet scam company (or age verification, sorry!!) starts to charge you for shit then you probably have no way to get that back, but just write it off and cancel the card… Be warned, horny studs!
