I found my account with there page and tried to cancel it myself but it then said the account didnt exist.
Failing both these I SUPPOSEDLY messaged an online representative. I explained I wanted my account and any billing info deleted, after asking her to find my account by email instead of giving them my card num again. She said it was removed and I checked and it did say it was cancelled but im dubious. Can this be trusted as fully removed or will I still be charged for something I didnt want?
