A good portion of CraigsList spam needs people like you to click on their links such as Rivalhe.com, and sign up to some dating site to make money. They will say ANYTHING to get you to do what they want you to do (sign up to a dating site). So, spammers/scammers will resort to numerous lies such as pretending to be girls looking to meet you in person. In the end, you are always left using your hand for romantic fun.
