Bitly.com is a URL shortening service. Unfortunately this shortening service is used extensively to send spam links to Craigslist users. You can take a look at the evidence below of the email we received that tries to make us believe that a girl named “Barbara” is sending us an email and wants to hook up with me but first I have to click on the link before anything happens. Unfortunately the bitly link (http://Bit.ly/2mjcge2) she sends me to is a fake dating service called Liveflings.com.
